New, comfortable and spacious – a house of 150 sq.m. in Jûrmala, in a quiet place, with three bedrooms – perfect for your holiday needs. It is located approx. 1.5 km away from a sandy beach. As there are only private residential homes and a forest in this part of the town, you will be able to enjoy peace and quiet even in the high season when staying here.
The ground floor of the house has a sizeable living room with a TV set, a couple of armchairs, a double sofa, a coffee table and a fireplace, which will provide warmth on a rainy day. The most amazing thing in this room, however, is an antique piano that fits in really well. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is spacious enough and well equipped for preparation of a delicious and proper meal. As there is an electric range and a cooktop, as well as an electric kettle and a toaster, you will be able to fry and bake with no worries.
There are three bedrooms in the house; two of those have double beds but the third one is a nursery – it has soft toys, a carpet and children’s bedclothes featuring various lovely characters from children’s fairytales and cartoons. The bed will be comfy enough for two children but if it is necessary for an adult – it will accommodate only one.
There is a shower and a bath available, as well as a vibro-massage chair for a complete relaxation after a busy day.
The 1200 sq.m territory around the house is fenced-off. An outside grill and garden furniture is also available, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy some freshly grilled food just outside the house while watching the sunset behind the trees. The nearest shop is approx. 400 metres away and a cafe, where you can get some lunch, is approx. 800 metres away.
The distance to the Nemo Aquapark is approx. 1.5 km; to the Jûrmala city centre ~7 km.
