Available non-standard week: A new and comfortable house with a modern interior, located right in the middle between Riga’s heart – the Old town – and a beautiful sandy beach in Jurmala. Getting to the beach by car will take you only 15 minutes. Although the house is located in Riga, it is remote enough and surrounded by a forest on one side. There is an indoor swimming pool and 2 saunas in the house – the traditional sauna and the Turkish sauna. NB! It is forbidden to smoke inside the house! On the first floor of the house there is a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a steam sauna. It is possible to use a water cascade in the pool. The Jacuzzi is large enough for 4 people to relax in at the same time. On the first floor of the house there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed. It is possible to place a children’s bed there, too, if necessary – please ask for this in good time.
NB! It is absolutely not allowed to use fragile crockery while you are on the first floor of the house. On the second floor of the house there is a spacious living area – a living room, joined with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will be able to prepare a proper meal. There is also a bedroom on the second floor with a double sofa in it. In the living room there are two foldable sofas – one is single and the other one is a double. On the second floor of the house there is also a spacious terrace there – in summertime it is possible to have a picnic there, as there is a grill and outside furniture on the terrace.
This house is located on the same plot of land as the proprietor’s house, but the owners are very discreet and certainly will not disturb you. Besides, the windows of the bedroom are facing the forest so you will be able to have sufficient privacy there even with curtains not drawn.
The house is located approximately 3 km away from the airport, so to get to the airport, you won’t need to call a taxi as a bus goes past the house – the nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away from the house. The same bus route will take you to the centre of the town. Approximately 1.5 km away there is a railway station – you can get by train to the centre of Riga and the Old town, as well as Jurmala. Should you wish to enjoy SPA procedures, you can book them ahead: a massage, a bath-house attendant (will help you to get the most out of your sauna experience) and an aroma massage is available. The price is 30 LVL (approx. 43 EUR) per person. p.s. Please take into account that an intensive usage of the water procedure area will increase the electricity consumption.
